Simon Rose, who after 20 years in his Edmonton, Alberta dive store, sold out and retired in 2005. He realized that retirement is not all it’s cracked up to be and decided to start a part-time business using his past experience with scuba diving.
Shipping containers seemed to be a natural choice.
As a member of the NPSA (National Portable Storage Association), his goal is to get you the best quality new or used containers at the best price and deliver it to you as fast as possible. If there is a size you need or a modification you desire he will do his best to look after you.
Simon’s other interests include flying vintage aircraft and working with his wife Debra, at their golf course (Deer Meadows).
In a relatively short time, Simon has been in the industry, he has made some great contacts in both US and Asia suppliers and Alberta customers, which turned his part-time job into more than full time. From humble beginnings of stocking 8 to 10 containers to the current inventory of over 300 units.
Simon can supply containers from 6′ to 53′ with sizes that only Mr. Container stocks like 12′ 14′ 22′ 26′ and 30′ as well as a large inventory of multi-door storage units, secondary containment units, office units and other custom modified containers.
